Too good to be true?

I am thinking of buying Katana Capital KAT. They are trading below NTA (I think) and they have been buying back their own shares, this seems all good to me. Am I missing something.
Good Div.?
Below NTA?
Buying back own shares?
I know they are not very liquid but is there something I am missing???
Why not just sit back and get the div???

A: Thanks for the question.
If you buy Katana (KAT), I think you will need to be very patient. Negligible liquidity.
Yes, they are trading below NTA, and yes there is a buyback.
They under performed in FY2015. Can’t readily tell how they went in FT16
Not for me.
