How would one decide between NDQ and ARG or invest in both?

I am sure that early last year or in 2019 I read that ETF may be slightly better than LIC, although from my understanding both are quite similar.
For e.g. how would one decide between NDQ and ARG or invest in both?
I would value your comments.

A: I don’t think you can compare an ETF that tracks the NASDAQ 100 index (NDQ) to a listed investment company that is essentially benchmarked to the Australian S&P/ASX 200 (eg. Argo).

If you want to compare say Argo (ARG) to an ETF that tracks the S&P/ASX 200, such as IOZ or VAS, then here is a way to do it. Please refer to the attached link for my article of 3 May: https://switzerreport.com.au/the-best-and-easiest-way-to-invest-in-the-share-market/
