Transfield wins $366m in new NBN work

Engineering firm Transfield Services has won $366 million in new work on the national broadband network.

The company was already involved in the rollout of fibre optic cable in Sydney, and that work has been extended for another two years in a contract worth $300 million.

Transfield has also been awarded a two-year contract worth $66 million for the construction of connection devices outside houses.
