Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange on Tuesday, Dec 16:

CCL – COCA-COLA AMATIL – down four cents, or 0.45 per cent, at $8.88

The board of global drinks giant The Coca-Cola Company has approved a proposed $US500 million ($A540.98 million) investment in Australian subsidiary Coca-Cola Amatil’s Indonesian business.

REC – RECALL HOLDINGS – up 98 cents, or 15.3 per cent, at $7.38

Data management business Recall Holdings has rejected a more than $2 billion takeover offer from US-based logistics giant Iron Mountain.

SKE – SKILLED GROUP – down five cents, or 4.1 per cent, at $1.17

Labour hire firm Skilled Group has appointed a top Pacific National Rail executive, Angus McKay, as its chief executive.

WES – WESFARMERS – down 90 cents, or 2.2 per cent, at $40.52

Supermarket giant Coles has agreed to make a settlement with the competition watchdog in relation to charges of unconscionable conduct involving suppliers.
