Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange on Tuesday, November 18:

AHF – AUSTRALIAN DAIRY FARMS – in a trading halt, last traded at 27.5 cents

Milk producer Australian Dairy Farms Group has placed its shares in a trading halt ahead of an expected announcement about an acquisition.

ARI – ARRIUM – up half a cent, or 1.8 per cent, at 28.5 cents

Arrium chief executive Andrew Roberts says the company expects a fall in profit in 2014/15 due to weaknesses in iron ore prices and steel.

BEN – BENDIGO AND ADELAIDE BANK – down four cents, or 0.3 per cent, at $12.72

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank could soon handle the loans and deposits of four credit unions.

ELD – ELDERS – up one cent, or five per cent, at 21 cents

Agribusiness Elders says there’s a long way to go before it sees any benefit from Australia’s $18 billion free trade agreement with China.

PBG – PACIFIC BRANDS – up one cent, or 2.1 per cent, at 49.5 cents

Bonds underwear owner Pacific Brands is in talks to sell off its shoes and licensed brands division.
