ALZ – AUSTRALAND – down one cent, or 0.2 per cent, at $4.49

Property developer Australand expects annual earnings to increase even if a $2.6 billion takeover offer from a Singaporean company does not succeed.

AFI – AUSTRALIAN FOUNDATION INVESTMENT COMPANY – down three cents, or 0.5 per cent, at $6.15
