CMJ – CONSOLIDATED MEDIA HOLDINGS LTD – steady at $3.05

NWS – NEWS CORPORATION – down 33 cents at $18.77

NWSLV – NEWS CORPORATION – down 44 cents at $18.38

TLS – TELSTRA CORPORATION LTD – steady at $3.35

Pay TV operator FOXTEL is free to take over regional rival Austar after receiving the competition watchdog’s approval.

ERA – ENERGY RESOURCE OF AUSTRALIA LTD – up 1.5 cents at $1.275
