NBL – NONI B – up 17.5 cents, or 44.87 per cent, at 56.5 cents

Struggling fashion retailer Noni B has been approached by several parties interested in taking a stake, or complete control, since its major shareholders said they were considering their future with Noni B.

SGP – STOCKLAND – up seven cents, or 1.78 per cent, at $4.01

ALZ – AUSTRALAND – up 24 cents, or 5.57 per cent, at $4.55

Frasers Centrepoint, a property developer from Singapore, has trumped Stockland’s $2.5 billion takeover bid for Australand.
