APN – APN NEWS AND MEDIA – up four cents, or 5.2 per cent, at 81 cents

APN News and Media Chief executive Michael Miller is joining News Corp Australia as executive chairman on September 1, and will be replaced by the head of its radio operations, Ciaran Davis.

BKN – BRADKEN – down seven cents, or 3.5 per cent, at $1.925

Bradken’s chief executive Brian Hodges has announced his retirement after 18 years with the mining equipment and machinery maker.
