Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange on Monday, Nov 10:

SCG – SCENTRE GROUP – down 5.00 cents, or 1.39 per cent, at $3.56

Westfield shopping centres owner Scentre Group sold Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC a 49 per cent stake in five New Zealand centres worth a total $NZ2.1 billion ($A1.96 billion).

TEN – NETWORK TEN – up 4.00 cents, or 17.39 per cent, at 27 cents

Investors are piling into Network Ten after the troubled broadcaster confirmed it will meet with potential bidders interested in a takeover or a merger.

TWE – TREASURY WINE ESTATES – up 19 cents, or 4.07 per cent, at $4.86

Treasury Wine Estates is seeking shareholder approval to grant chief executive Michael Clark rights to acquire up to 764,000 shares at no cost if he jumps various hurdles to improve the performance of the winemaker.
