Shares in the iron ore and steel maker continue to fall after it wrapped up a $754 million capital raising to help reduce its debt.
OGC – OCEANAGOLD – up eight cents, or 3.1 per cent, at $2.64
AQG – ALACER – up 20.5 cents, or 10.7 per cent, at $2.13
ASX-listed OceanaGold has confirmed it has made a number of takeover approaches to Alacer since February but the Canadian company has not been willing to engage in discussions.
RCT – REEF CASINOS TRUST – up one cent, or 0.2 per cent, at $4.19
The Foreign Investments Review Board will not stand in the way of a Hong Kong billionaire’s bid to own Reef Hotel Casino in Cairns.
