The iron ore miner on Friday said it had missed its full year target despite producing at a record 160 million tonne a year rate during the last month of the fiscal year.
ROC – Roc Oil – up two cents at 58.5 cents
Roc Oil’s $800 million merger with fellow energy player Horizon Oil could be in doubt after shareholders on Friday failed to change the company’s constitution and allow a vote on the proposed partnership.
