AUT – AURORA OIL & GAS LTD – down 18 cents at $3.31

Shale gas producer Aurora oil and gas has joined Australia’s top 100 companies on the ASX and posted a jump in production at its US wells.

BXB – BRAMBLES LTD – down 33.5 cents at $6.42

Brambles has raised $333 million from institutional investors in the first part of a capital raising venture.

HST – HASTIE GROUP LTD – in administration, last traded at 16 cents

More than 1,000 plumbing jobs across Australia feared lost in the Hastie Group’s collapse have been saved.

MYR – MYER HOLDINGS LTD -up 7.5 cents at $1.895

DJS – DAVID JONES LTD – up 10 cents at $2.20

JBH – JB HI-FI LTD – up 33 cents at $8.91

Retailers were among the best performing stocks on Thursday, following the release of better than expected economic growth figures on Wednesday.

QAN – QANTAS AIRWAYS LTD – down 6.5 cents at $1.06

Shares in Qantas continue to hit new lows after the company’s profit warning issued on Tuesday.
