The chairman of food franchise operator Retail Food Group, Bruce Hancox, will retire from the board at the end of April.

Queensland businessman Colin Archer, who has served on the board as an independent non-executive director for the past seven years, will succeed Mr Hancox.

Mr Hancox said it was time for him to retire from RFG given his other work commitments and desire to devote more time to personal matters.
