CCA boss earns $7.96m

Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) boss Terry Davis remains among the best paid Australian chief executives, earning a total pay package worth $7.96 million in 2012.

Mr Davis’ total package was up by about $17,000 on his pay package in 2011.

His salary in 2012 was $2.34 million, up from $2.23 million in 2011.

The rest of Mr Davis’ package is made up non-monetary benefits such as a vehicle and club membership, superannuation and performance-related incentive payments.

According to CCA’s financial and statutory reports for the year ended December 31, 2012, the company’s next highest paid executive was chief financial officer Nessa O’Sullivan, with a total package of $2.08 million.
