Brambles says the potential sale of its data management business is taking longer than expected.

The company had planned to sell the Recall business by March 31, allowing it to focus completely on its pallet pooling operations.

But Brambles now expects the sale process to be completed in the next four to eight weeks.

“Brambles is continuing advanced discussions while due diligence on the Recall business is being completed, ahead of a potential transaction,” it said in a statement on Wednesday.
