I’ve noticed yesterday (10/2/16) that the ANZ share price hit a 12-month low, and the PE, at 8.39, is close to the figure representing the dividend yield at 7.94 – something you don’t see very often.

My average price paid for ANZ shares is significantly higher than current prices (even with an anticipated bounce today). It seems clear to me that now is a terrific time to purchase and hence “average down” in relation to quality stocks, such as ANZ. Do you agree ?

Regarding the CYBG Plc, can you confirm what the cost base is for the shares that have been distributed to NAB shareholders?

I’m an 80 year old and have been an investor for 62 years so have been around a bit.

I received my information for the CYBG while away on holidays and did not get back until last week, which was too late to take any action.

Thanks for the heads up on the Centuria ATP Fund.

Please see below an email I sent earlier today re the PDS. I have not had a reply as yet.

I was interested in investing until I got to clause 13.6 of the PDS, and particularly the second dot point, and the last paragraph of that section.

I would think that these provisions would make the fund most unattractive as an investment since investors entitlements and interests can be decreased by the stroke of Centuria’s pen.

I was notified of the fund by Paul Rickard of the Switzer Report. I will advise him of my concern and suggest that he alert other potential investors.

I am also thinking that ASIC should be notified – I am concerned at how such a PDS could be issued.
