A: While I can’t really advise you to sell your SCP (I don’t know enough about your financial objectives), I will say that SCP (Scentre Group) has had a great run (like most property trusts) over the last 12 months as yields compressed, and I doubt that you will continue to see these sort of gains in 2015.
