“I can’t log into the Switzer Report website”
Sometimes your browser gets mixed up and will not load the site properly.
Clearing its memory, called the “cache”, usually fixes it.
You can clear the cache in two ways.
Option 1. Follow our simple step by step guide below. This clears the cache only for the Switzer Report website.
Option 2. Press the big, red “Clear My Cache Of Cobwebs” button below to clear your whole browser cache. This will log you out of the Switzer Report, clear out your cache of any cobwebs and allow you to log back in again with your current username and password.
Step-by-step guides
If you would rather clear your whole cache (and not just the cache of The Switzer Report), you can follow these step by step guides below.
Important: following these steps and clearing your whole browser cache will mean you need to log back into everything again, including social media, banking and other websites where your password may already be saved. Ensure you’re able to get back into your important services before following these steps.
