The track record of Geoff Wilson and his team at WAM Is absolutely outstanding – I don’t think any investment manager could lay claim to his investment performance. However, as his fund grows, I guess it might be a little more difficult to deliver consistent outperformance. WAM is also trading at a premium to its NTA – approximately 10.7% at its last reporting (August 31).

With AFG (Aust Finance Group), Macquarie rates it as an “outperform” and has a target price of $1.50.
