EPS growth

I read Mr Aitkens article with interest. I have always been interested in the PEG ratio. My question is: how do I find out the EPS growth of a company, especially a small/medium cap?

A: Thanks for the question.

Most companies will publish their EPS with their half yearly/yearly briefings – so you can calculate historical growth rates.

However, you are going to be more interested in prospective growth rates, so you will need to access broker research reports, or make your own assumptions.

FN Arena and Thompson Reuters also compile and publish consensus forecasts – which include EPS growth rates.
