Tamawood and Villaworld

Tamawood (TWD) and Villaworld (VLW).
Our SMSF share portfolio is heavily weighted towards financials. In an effort to diversify and maintain a healthy fully franked yield we purchased some TWD and VLW approx 6 months ago.
Given the current low returns on Term Deposits and not wanting to add more financials to our share portfolio at this stage we are considering more TWD and/or VLW.
Our research indicates that both of these companies are sound businesses offering good yield. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

A: You probably know a lot more about Tamawood (TWD) than I do. I can’t see any broker research, and caution that it is a very illiquid stock.

Villaworld looks interesting, and they sound reasonably confident about their forecast. The Queensland (and to a lesser extent, Victorian) new home markets would probably not be my preference as markets that I want exposure to, particularly towards the end of the cycle. I just wonder whether there may be some more headwinds on the horizon.
Liquidity is better with VLW. The only broker I can find who follows the stock is Morgans –they have an “add” on the stock and a target of $2.54.
