Sandfire is an international copper mining company and the country’s largest pure play copper producer.
“We expect a global shortage in copper along with increasing demand in 2024 to put upwards pressure on the copper price,” Michael said.
“For those looking to take advantage of possible upside in the SFR share price, now might be the time to get involved.
“The share price of SFR appears on the cusp of starting a new uptrend.
“Since April, the shares had been consolidating sideways in a large symmetrical triangle. It is back to the top of that range and getting very close to an upside break.
“A push above $6.80 would be the breakout and that will be the buying opportunity.
“An initial upside target would be near $8,” Michael said.
