Jetstet Travelworld is changing its name to Helloworld after simplifying its network of travel agents.
Shareholders approved the change at the company’s annual general meeting on Friday, and it will come into effect from December 2.
Chairman Tom Dery said trading in the first four months of the 2013/14 financial year had met the group’s expectations.
It still expects adjusted earnings, which exclude the impact of the company’s investment in its new brand, to be between $40 million and $45 million in the full year.
Spending on its new strategy is also still expected to be between $35 million and $40 million, Mr Dery said.
