Insurance Australia Group has begun a search for a new board member after Phillip Colebatch announced his retirement.
Mr Colebatch, who has a background in insurance and investment banking, will step down after six years on the insurance company’s board.
IAG said an international search was underway to fill the vacancy with a replacement that complemented its geographical growth.
