The Australian share market has opened more than half a per cent higher.
At 1010 AEDT on Wednesday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 29.4 points, or 0.60%, at 4,912.1, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 29.1 points, or 0.59%, at 4,931.7.
On the ASX 24, the March share price index futures contract was up 27 points at 4,871, with 7,031 contracts traded.
