Aussie shares close lower on renewed eurozone worries

Australian stocks closed lower, dragged down by a weaker resources sector, amid renewed concerns about the future of the euro zone.

At the close on Tuesday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was down 30.7 points, or 0.71 per cent, at 4,266.3, while the broader All Ordinaries index was down 35.6 points, or 0.82 per cent, at 4,316.3.

On the ASX 24, the June share price index futures contract was 20 points weaker at 4,277 with 4277 contracts traded.
