The Australian share market has closed lower, finishing in the red in three out of the last four sessions.
At the close on Monday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was 49.2 points, or 0.93 per cent, lower at 5,264.2, while the broader All Ordinaries index was down 47.0 points, or 0.88 per cent, at 5,269.6, according to preliminary figures.
On the ASX 24, the December share price index futures contract was 49 points lower at 5,255, with 30,801 contracts traded.
