Dear %%first_name%%,
Reporting season is pretty much done and dusted, with just a few more companies still to report this week, including Ramsay Health Care and Harvey Norman. One of the bigger stories this time around has been the changes to dividends. So in today’s note, I discuss the reasons why I buy dividend-paying stocks.
Also in the Switzer Super Report, Paul Rickard says the new Magellan Global Trust is setting a new benchmark for ASX-listed products. Don’s miss his product road test. Plus, outlook guidance has been soft this reporting season, so James Dunn looks for the companies that stood out.
In Buy, Sell, hold – what the brokers say, Suncorp was in the good books this week, while Vocus is in the not-so-good books. And among the companies in this week’s Super Stock Selectors are a telco, a fund manager, a property management business and an airline.
Sincerely,

Peter Switzer
