Elizabeth Moran

<b>Director – Education and Fixed Income Research, FIIG</b> Elizabeth Moran is an expert in the fixed interest asset class. She has been with fixed interest specialist FIIG for five years and is responsible for their education programs as well as analysis of European banks and editing FIIG’s weekly newsletter, The WIRE. Elizabeth also writes regular articles on fixed interest investments for various publications, including the Switzer Super Report. Prior to joining FIIG, Elizabeth worked as an Editor/Analyst for Rapid Ratings, writing daily press releases for Bloomberg. Elizabeth spent five years in London, three working as a credit rating analyst for NatWest Markets. She was part of a team of 30 analysts responsible for rating the Bank's top 500 corporate clients. Her portfolios included general retailers and alcoholic beverages. While in London, she worked on contract with BP Oil UK Ltd and Societe Generale Bank. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business (marketing major) Elizabeth joined State Bank Victoria/Commonwealth Bank, where she held management roles in communication and trained in corporate credit analysis.
